Random Teacher Profile: Corinne Chung

This weeks Random Teacher Profile featured Upper School French teacher, Corinne Chung. This comedy filled interview had questions ranging from getting speeding tickets to tattoos. Check out the interview below.

Coat of Arms: What’s your most embarrassing moment?

Madame Chung: Uhh.. Should I say it? Oh well I don’t give a damn. When I farted in class. It happened once. It was bad.

CoA: Would you rather bungee jump or sky dive?

Madame Chung: Sky dive. Absolutely.

CoA: Can you touch your nose with your tongue?

Madame Chung: [tries to touch nose with tongue] …. No

CoA: What’s the weirdest thing you have ever seen at Menlo?

Madame Chung: Ahh there are so many. Let’s be serious, all the newspapers flying all over the campus or food left after a barbeque after lunch. All the junk on the floor.

CoA: What were you doing yesterday at 5:15?

Madame Chung: I was walking my dog.

CoA: Tea or Coffee?

Madame Chung: Both.

CoA: Have you ever gotten a speeding ticket?

Madame Chung: Speeding ticket. Yes.

CoA: Do you have any tattoos?

Madame Chung: No.

CoA: Would you ever get one?

Madame Chung: No. I like people who get one. I think they[‘re] very brave. It’s just the concept that I’m scared to be bored, you know I will have one then after six months I will be fed up with it, then what?

CoA: Do you know all the words to the national anthem?

Madame Chung: No. I don’t know my anthem for my country, I don’t know any anthem and I don’t give a damn about it. I’m not patriotic.

CoA: Thank you!
