Ingredients:
1 stick of unsalted butter (room temperature is better)
1 cup of light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup confectioners’ sugar

Directions:
First, set the oven to 350℉. Then, in an electric mixer, mix together the butter and brown sugar. Then add the eggs. After, blend in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Roll the dough into balls and dip each ball into a bowl containing the powdered sugar. Put the cookies on a baking tray that is covered with parchment paper and then put the cookies into the oven. After 13 minutes, take the cookies out and let them cool before serving. Enjoy!
