The Menlo boys basketball team didn’t lay off the gas pedal against Harker on Tuesday night, as they beat their league competitor 65-40. They are looking to secure their second straight league title over the next few weeks and keep up their undefeated league record.
Senior Riley Woodson put up 27 points and grabbed five rebounds. Fellow seniors Thomas Brown and Joe Foley each had three assists and 11 and 12 points, respectively. “We came out ready to play, and we didn’t let our momentum dwindle,” Woodson said.
The team has three league games remaining and will look to continue their dominance over Crystal Springs this Friday at home on Senior Day.
