On Tuesday, Feb 6, the Knights girls soccer team cruised to a dominant 8-0 win against league cohort Crystal Springs.
The Knights enjoyed their time on the field, with each senior scoring a goal on their senior night other than Grace Young, who was sidelined with an injury. They now stand at 5-2-1 in league and 6-8-2 overall. Their impressive league record places them second in the league, behind Notre Dame-Belmont. Along with the four seniors, (Julia Wang, Kate Gruber, Electa Narasin, and Hunter MacDonald) junior Bella Scola and sophomores Cameron Boom and Sidney Pena tucked in their own set of goals too. Menlo’s next two games will be league matchups as well, as they take on King’s Academy on Friday and rival Sacred Heart Prep next Tuesday.
